Amboise – C18th & C19th images by Bergeron and others

Here are a number of glorious images of the Château and other views in Amboise on the River Loire.

The majority are by an artist named Bergeron and are in pencil with brown ink wash.

Once again thanks to the Bibliothèque Nationale de France website for these images.

Hello, do you have anymore information on Bergeron? Our family originated in Amboise with the name Bergeron. As the family came to Canada the name became Damboise. I would appreciate any information you have. Thank you for your time.
