Quaker booklet #1 is being put to bed in Bristol

Hi all ~ regular readers may remember that I’ve been writing a (very) short booklet on Early Quakerism with especial reference to Bristol, UK. It’s the first of two such booklets, the second being on the history of the family of the Quaker, William Penn.

Well, I sent the draft off to the folk at the Bristol Radical History Group last week and they should be formatting it properly and selling it at their many events in the near future – in the meantime if anyone would like a copy of the rough draft then just get in touch, leave me your e-address and I’ll ping you a copy.

Well, that’s it for the moment except to say that over the past month or so I’ve been developing a timeline of the 16th Century French Wars of Religion with reference to events in the Loire Vally Basin ~ I’ll be posting it over the next few weeks or so.
