New booklet on the family of Quaker, William Penn ~ it’s on its way


Just to let you know that I have written a shortish (36 page) booklet, “The life and family of William Penn: 260 years of bloody colonial history”. It covers: The Amassing of Wealth by the Penn family; Political Duplicity; Irish Colonial Estates; Slave Ownership; Appropriation of Native American Land; William Penn, Pennsylvania Quakers and Slavery; Quaker Attitudes Towards Slavery; Pennsylvania and the White Anti-slavery Movement; Conditions of Servants in Pennsylvania; Destruction of Native American Peoples;  European claims to Pennsylvania and the ‘Middle Colonies’: Cabot to Penn, 1497-1715.

It’s a follow up from the booklet I wrote last year, “The peculiar history of the sect known as the Quakers”. Both are available at low-cost + p&p – just contact me if you are interested.
